Sweepstakes starts on August 1, 2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and ends February 29, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Who may enter: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents of 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2007. Employees, officers and directors of Haas Outdoors Inc. and SOPUS Products (“Sponsors”) and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or households are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to enter: 1) Log on to www.AutoExpressions.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official online Mossy Oak® - Auto Expressions® White Tail Deer Hunt Sweepstakes entry form. Or, 2) Visit your local participating retailer during the Sweepstakes Period and complete a written official entry form available on selected Mossy Oak® Automotive Accessories products (while supplies last), insert into a mailing envelope and mail to: Mossy Oak - Auto Expressions White Tail Deer Hunt Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921; Or 3) write your name, address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and email address (optional) on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: Mossy Oak - Auto Expressions White Tail Deer Hunt Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Entry forms must be filled out in full. Written entries are limited to one per day. Each written entry must be mailed separately. Written entry forms must be postmarked by February 29, 2008 and received by March 6, 2008. Online entries must be received by February 29, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Online entries will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the valid e-mail address. Entries are limited to one entry per person/per-e-mail address/per day. Use of any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device.

Winning: On or about March 13, 2008, ten (10) Grand Prize winners and two hundred and fifty (250) First Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received via a random drawing conducted by independent judges. Sponsors will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winners by mail, phone and/or e-mail on or about March 17, 2008. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person or household.

Prizes: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: A three (3) day deer hunt with Mossy Oak® Representatives at Bent Creek Lodge in Alabama during the fall of 2008 for themselves and a guest. Potential winners must be able to travel during the dates of the hunt, which is November, 2008. Prize includes roundtrip coach class airfare from a major airport nearest winner’s home (airport, airline and flight itinerary determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), transportation to and from Bent Creek Lodge, 3 days, 3 nights accommodation at Bent Creek Lodge, and all required hunting tack/gear. Approximate retail value of the prize is $8,000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Approximate total retail value of all Grand Prizes is $80,000. If in the judgment of Sponsors air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip airfare at Sponsors’ sole discretion. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, ground transportation to the airport near the winners’ home, extra meals, incidentals, airport fees, parking fees, personal charges at the hotel, etc., are the sole responsibility of the winner. Two Hundred Fifty (250) First Prizes: A pair of Alpen Apex 10x42 waterproof Mossy Oak® Binoculars. Approximate value of each First Prize is $350. Approximate total retail value of all First Prizes is $87,500. Approximate total retail value of all prizes is $167,500. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and fees, if any. Prizes are non-transferable, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. No substitutions or cash redemptions, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion.
Claiming prize: Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release within 5 days of notification. (Tennessee residents need not execute publicity release.) In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address on his or her entry form, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Unless the child of the winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary as winner. If winner is a minor in his or her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion will be required to execute a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing airline flight (Tennessee residents need not execute publicity release). Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness for Sponsors’ publicity, promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. (Tennessee residents need not so consent.) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and the decisions of the judges.

Conditions: All entries and prize claims become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Neither Haas Outdoors Inc. nor SOPUS Products is responsible for (1) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof; (2) any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials connected with this Sweepstakes; (3) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of prize. Entries and prize claims void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor reasonably believes to be causing fraud or disruption will be disqualified. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to release and hold Haas Outdoors Inc. and SOPUS Products and their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and the employees, officers, and directors of each of these entitiesand any other entity involved in this Sweepstakes harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings or judgments, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participating in this Sweepstakes or the use or misuse of any prizes awarded hereunder. The Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
